[Text valid from 20-08-2013] The Minister of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, Having regard to the Articles 6.4:1, second paragraph, and 6.4:2, fourth paragraph, of the Working Hours Decree Transport; Decides:

As model for the work schedule, as referred to in Article 6.4:1, first paragraph, of the Working Hours Decree Transport, is determined the model which has been appended as Annex 1 to this Regulation.

This Regulation is quoted as: Regulation Seafarers’ Work Schedule and Work List.
