Directive 2000/59/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2000 on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues has recently been replaced by
Directive (EU) 2019/883 of 7 April 2019 on port reception facilities for the delivery of waste from ships (OJ L 151 of 7 June 2019).
