Prevention of Pollution from Ships Regulation
By the Regulation on the Implementation of Regulation (EU) no. 1257/2013 (ship recycling) and Regulation (EU) 2015/757 (carbon dioxide emissions from maritime transport), GG 55159 of 28 September 2017 the Prevention of Pollution from Ships Regulation has been amended. By the same Regulation, the Regulation on the Implementation of EU Regulations PPSA has been withdrawn. The provisions from this Regulation are laid down in the Prevention of Pollution from Ships Regulation.
