The Fine Imposition Working Conditions Legislation Policy Guideline has been amended by Policy Guideline of the Minister for Social Affairs and Employment of 7 Augustus 2017, GG 2017, 46342. The amendments aim at the reinforcement of the involvement of employers and employees in the supply of safety, health and welfare services, at improving prevention in a business or institute, and at the boundary conditions for the actions of the occupational physician on all points and the working conditions experts on a few points. In view of this, a few new offences have been added to the tariff list of the Policy Guideline and in the event of a few other offences the type of offence and the fine category have been adjusted.
