By Decree of 6 September 2017, BAD 2017, 333, a number of amendments to the Prevention of Pollution from Ships Decree has entered into force as from 6 September 2017.
It concerns the following amendments:

amendment in connection with the implementation of the Ballast Water Convention and the revised Annex VI to the MARPOL Convention

amendments in connection with the reorganization of the inspection function within the Ministry
of Transport, Public Works and Water Management
BAD 2011, 435
amendments in connection with the implementation of the regulations as to prewashing of cargo tanks laid down in Annex II to the International Convention for Prevention of Pollution from Ships
BAD 2013, 18
amendment in connection with the implementation of the amendment to the Annexes IV, V and VI to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships and the Ballast
Water Convention.
