With the "Collective Act IenM 2018", Article 11d of the Port State Control Act has been tightened, in order to implement the sanctions policy for violations of the STCW Convention, the SOLAS Convention and the Maritime Labor Convention. This amendment of the law applies from 17 February 2018.
