The Port Reception Facilities Decree was amended in connection with the implementation of the Ballast Water Convention by Decree of 3 January 2013, BAD 2013, 18. A new item c has been added to Article 2 after item b. In BAD 2017, 333 has been published that this amendment has entered into force as from 8 September 2017.
